Someone insanley cute and adorable. Probably too good to be true. They make everyone smile from ear to ear to the point that it hurts. They can make anyone laugh and know just what to say. They always dress nice and are absolutely gorgeous

someone who is adorably sweet almost too sweet, sometimes hippie like. It's also a spin-off from the indie style they like being unique but not "in your face unique".
Twee people always love to make people smile.
They usually dress mod-like and wear dresses, flowy shirts, band shirts, bows, plastic jewelry, and little kid treasures.
-Twee people are alowed to listen to anything they please! but they usually like chill music, indie rock, and techno.
