usually two people who you ship. meaning that you either want them to become an item, kiss or enter into a romantic/sexual relationship or all of the above. usually when you ship someone, you smile when they interact somehow or become extremely giddy when they do something together.
person: i totally ship dean and castiel!
person 2: no way, me too!
person 3: i don't ship them that much. i ship castiel and meg more, to be honest.

1) A fictional relationship that is formed by the fandom of a, TV show/Anime (Nalu) , or two celebrities (jelena). Sometimes the character or celeb is married but still gets shipped with maybe a side character or a main one. Also the fandom will merge their names together (nalu) or place an x between them ( Natsu x lucy )

2) Basically a boat.
1) OMG I ship Nalu soooooooo much what are you talking about!

2) NO OUR SHIP IS SINKING! HELP!

When relationship, friendship, courtship or any other word ending in ship just doesn't suffice.
The two of them had been inseparable and helped each other out with so many things they were definitely in a ship.

When you're so helplessly in love with two characters that you want them to bring happiness to each other.
