"lol'd" is the past tense of the abbreviation "lol". It should not be capitalised, even if it occupies the start of a sentence or is used as a sentence alone.
Guy #1: "Gorillas ruined my house!"

ell oh ELLED Past tense of LOL. i.e. if LOL means laugh out loud, LOL'D means laughed out loud.
